+ Grilled NZ Lamb Chop +


Looks like lamb shank but in fact it is not. This is a grilled lamb chop which the lamb is imported from New Zealand. This cuisine is served with mashed potatoes, baked or steamed vegetables whichever you like and with own recipe herbs juice as the sauce. Take note not to over grilled the meat if you decided to try preparing this meal in order to maintain chewiness and juiciness of the meat. Well, I am not a great fan for beef and lamb, hence that's all I can share with you at this point of time. Hope you like this cuisine sharing info afterall, cheers... *o*

= Grilled Chicken Chop with Black Pepper Sauce =


This is not an usual grilled chicken chop that we usually ate in most typical western restaurant. The sauce that  the chef have used to match this dish is, blended black pepper with raisins and some other secret ingredients which I am not able to figure it out at that moment... :P Before grilled the chicken, which you could choose either thigh or breast meat part and get it marinated with simple seasoning ingredients. As for side dishes, you can always mix and match what type of vegetables or other kinds of food that it mix well with this dish. So, all I have to says here are, use our best creativity and imagination ways to further excel our cooking styles to make every dishes being prepared have their unique taste & outlook ^_^

# Apple Pie Crunch with Vanilla Ice Cream As Topping #


Dessert for the day and usually we will cracked our head what to prepare after the meal. This dessert apparently appeared most easy to prepare even if you have no time. It is really satisfied our taste bud because this dessert comes into 2-in-1 whereby you can eat the apple pie crunch and ice cream at the same time. Of course, you can choose which ice cream flavour that you preferred most if you don't like vanilla flavour as shown in this photo. My additional tips for you all are, you could also add some raisins, cornflakes, berries/fruits (cut into small slices) or anything that matching for this dessert to enhance your eating appetite.

\ Soft Soya Pudding with Grassjelly, Longan & Strawberry /


Another delicious and mouth watering dessert from the 5 star luxury hotel chain located in town area. I loved this dessert so much because the pudding made from fresh soyabean which gives you a different taste of aroma together with the grassjelly, longan and fresh strawberry (cuts into small slices) on top of it. It is a totally complete cycle for our meal chain whether during the lunch or dinner time.

Hmm, not everyone like a dark black jelly as their mouth watering dessert. But for me, I think this is a nice one especially when your body feel very heaty and needs something to cool down your body heat. I believe we can easily get this from the usual Chinese herbal shop or even get the recipe from Chinese Medicine Hall to make one. However, do you realized that, what is main difference of this dessert as compared to what we usually had or bought from the shop? Well, it is just a small little red date which usually other shops don't give this, right? So, since this dessert served by a 5-star hotel, not a big surprise if they served slightly different from outside by the little nice topping on it.

Fine dining at one of the luxury hotel in town. Juicy chicken thigh marinated with their own special recipe and  grilled it on hot stove. Just nice, not overcooked but being me a bit fussy, I prefer not so dry which comes with some special sauce to dip. Well, my friend told me, nice food should taste with their origin flavor and not with any side sauce to which I do think this is true enough. So, what are we waiting for?? Just take the fork and knife to begin our meal...Itadakismasu ^^

: Braised Sea Cucumber with Fish Maw and Black Mushroom :

I should say this is my beloved dad's favorite dish especially during the CNY festive season. He will surely won't missed to order this dish whenever we out to Chinese restaurant for dinner or will request my lovely mum to cook this meal for him. After all, this is still a healthy dish specially for elder people since there is no cholesterol especially the sea cucumber. Although I don't fancy much on this dish, but will still love to learn the secret recipe on how to prepare and cook this.
