~ Grilled Chicken Chop with Asparagus ~


Fine dining at one of the luxury hotel in town. Juicy chicken thigh marinated with their own special recipe and  grilled it on hot stove. Just nice, not overcooked but being me a bit fussy, I prefer not so dry which comes with some special sauce to dip. Well, my friend told me, nice food should taste with their origin flavor and not with any side sauce to which I do think this is true enough. So, what are we waiting for?? Just take the fork and knife to begin our meal...Itadakismasu ^^
