This is not an usual grilled chicken chop that we usually ate in most typical western restaurant. The sauce that the chef have used to match this dish is, blended black pepper with raisins and some other secret ingredients which I am not able to figure it out at that moment... :P Before grilled the chicken, which you could choose either thigh or breast meat part and get it marinated with simple seasoning ingredients. As for side dishes, you can always mix and match what type of vegetables or other kinds of food that it mix well with this dish. So, all I have to says here are, use our best creativity and imagination ways to further excel our cooking styles to make every dishes being prepared have their unique taste & outlook ^_^
