"Authentic Signature Deep Fried Beancurd"

Dip with special made chili sauce or eat just like that also can ... Still can taste their authentic ingredients in this deep fried beancurd dish. In Cantonese language, this dish also named and called as 'Chew Pai Taufu'. I guess every Chinese restaurant also have this kind of special dish but it's really depends how they make it. Well, I just liked this type of taufu.
