: Braised Sea Cucumber with Fish Maw and Black Mushroom :

I should say this is my beloved dad's favorite dish especially during the CNY festive season. He will surely won't missed to order this dish whenever we out to Chinese restaurant for dinner or will request my lovely mum to cook this meal for him. After all, this is still a healthy dish specially for elder people since there is no cholesterol especially the sea cucumber. Although I don't fancy much on this dish, but will still love to learn the secret recipe on how to prepare and cook this.

"Authentic Signature Deep Fried Beancurd"

Dip with special made chili sauce or eat just like that also can ... Still can taste their authentic ingredients in this deep fried beancurd dish. In Cantonese language, this dish also named and called as 'Chew Pai Taufu'. I guess every Chinese restaurant also have this kind of special dish but it's really depends how they make it. Well, I just liked this type of taufu.

\ Marmite Sauce Pork Ribs /

Wow, yummy looks right? Wanna taste it immediately right? I loved this dish whenever I went to this restaurant and it's happened this is one of their signature dish as well. Deep fried pork ribs and wrapped with their own recipe Marmite sauce. It's really finger lickin' good though, must try!! Two thumbs up!!!
