[ Special Wine Sauce Clam ]
Cooked with special Chinese wine called "Siu Heng"... I hardly eat fresh clam like this as you can see from the picture. The meat so juicy together with the nice aroma wine sauce. Also, add some ginger, chili padi, shrimp and shallot to make it more fragrance. Erm, one more plate please...oooppsss :P
~ Special Bean Sauce Steamed Fish ~
In Cantonese language, this dish is called "Cheung Jing Fei Chow Yu". And, in English translation, it's called "Special Bean Sauce Steamed Fish". Served right hot from steam wok to your dining table. You can add up to 2-3 bowls of rice due to the delicious sauce that make you have a greater appetite to eat more and more :)
